Gather Where the Lake Meets the Sky

Founded in 1980 on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain, Tammany Yacht Club has been a cornerstone of the Slidell boating community for over four decades. Within our first year, we were welcomed into the Gulf Yachting Association, establishing reciprocal relationships with member clubs from Florida to Texas that continue today.

Since relocating to our Oak Harbor home in 1990, we've built more than just a clubhouse—we've created a community united by our love of the water. Whether through competitive racing, advancing the art of seamanship, or simply enjoying time together on the lake, Tammany Yacht Club celebrates the fellowship and joy that yachting brings to our lives.
